SEPTEMBER 17th. YOGA UNDER THE MOONLIGHT FADING to FULL

This special class on September 17th aligns directly with a partial Lunar Eclipse and the Full Moon. Practicing asana at this opportune time is a perfect occasion to reflect inward. We will move slowly on a meditative journey through a seamless sequence of grounding postures.

This one-hour class is specific to beginner level students and for continuing students choosing a more basic practice of yoga. Integrate the mind and body through a meditative flow of postures combined with the awareness of breath. Draw from the ancient tradition of Hatha Yoga and bring it into a personal transforming and healing experience. Inspiring music accompanies each class.

CHAIR YOGA is an excellent form of yoga for those limited in mobility and find it challenging to practice yoga poses on a mat, also suitable for new yoga students. The classes include the movement of postures, breathing techniques and meditation while seated in a chair! Enhance flexibility, strength and muscle tone, improve breathing, reduce stress and acquire a sense of calm and positive well being
